SHIPPING POLICY:

Most of our jackets are pre-sold, and if we don’t have the size you need in stock, we will make and ship it right away. It will be day. Bespoke jackets and non-stock sizes are normally shipped from our factories in Asia via reliable SkyNet and TNT couriers to the UK, Ireland and Australia and via FedEx/DHL to Europe and North America. In some cases the jacket can be shipped from the UK or USA via a postal service such as Royal Mail or USPS. We also use Collect-plus and My Hermes for shipping to the UK.

Typical delivery time to the UK is 3-5 business days, however international delivery may take 7-14 business days depending on EU or US destination.

We ship to PayPal-confirmed addresses and buyers are usually required to sign after receiving the package. This is for security reasons for both the buyer and us. The item was returned to us or the courier depot because the address was incorrect or the buyer did not receive the item for some reason.
